Creating Positive Footballing Environments

The Junior League, as an FA Charter Standard League, fully support the Respect initiative. It is a set of Codes of Conduct which covers players of all ages, coaches, officials and parents. It centres on respecting the referee but extends to the respect and courtesy we all extend. Reading and absorbing these codes of conduct should remind us all of our own responsibilities. Remember, ‘We Only Do Positive’ so lead by example, build player’s confidence and create positive teams and environments.
